Changes to the Agreement

TriOrbit Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without notice, by posting changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

TriOrbit Digital Terms of Service

TriOrbit Digital is a business name registered under TriOrbit Pty Ltd (ABN: 50688689223). These additional terms apply to any digital marketing, SEO, web development or consulting services offered under the TriOrbit Digital brand.

1. Services

TriOrbit Digital provides services on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:
– Digital marketing
– SEO and content optimisation
– Website design and development
– Consulting and strategy services

The scope of work, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a written quote or proposal for each client.

2. Pricing

All services are quoted individually based on the client’s goals and project requirements.
Pricing will be provided in writing prior to the commencement of any work.
No work begins until the client has formally accepted the quote.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable by the due date listed on the invoice.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and Wise (when enabled).
TriOrbit Digital reserves the right to pause work if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our work involves time, labour and expertise, refunds are not provided for work already completed.
If a project is cancelled before work has begun, no fees will apply.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. Delivery of Work

All services will be delivered according to the agreed timeline outlined in the project proposal.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of information, lack of approvals) may extend the delivery date.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
– Provide accurate and timely information
– Supply required content, logins or materials when needed
– Review delivered work promptly

TriOrbit Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing information from the client.

7. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as described in the accepted quote.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

8. Liability

TriOrbit Digital provides professional services based on industry best practices.
However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or traffic levels.
TriOrbit Digital is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of our services.
